Many people have questions about entering therapy.  Is it right for me?  What will happen during a typical session?  How long will it take?  And many more...

I welcome my clients' questions at any stage of the process, and I understand that finding the right therapist for you is an important key to starting your own healing journey.  That is why I offer a one-time, no cost, 30 minute consultation for new clients.  I want you to feel free to ask whatever questions you have, and to get a sense of me and how I work.  If we decide to work together, we can cooperatively make a plan on how to proceed.

Psychotherapy is a well-known and proven means for dealing with a wide array of emotional and behavioral problems.  I have had the privilege to work with countless clients in many different settings, and I have observed the intense healing it can bring about.  It is the reaon why I do this work, because I want to help people move toward their own vision of happiness.
